1) Can I have more than one reminder for the same event?

Yes, but you have to enter the event again and select a different notice time.

2) I don't receive SMS reminders.

Login and go to "My profile" section at the right panel menu. From here you can edit your profile, check that the phone number you entered is correct. If you are still having problems please contact us here.

3) What will I see on my cell phone when I receive sms reminder?

The message sent to you will contain first 160 characters from the filed "Event title" - "Datebook" or the filed "Item description" - "ToDo".

4) What countries can I send a sms/text messages to?

You can send sms/text messages to 192 countries and 578 networks in all over the world. Here is the list of the countries and networks.
